We are actively seeking a Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. Our dedicated Customer Success Team is committed to helping customers maximise the potential of Xtremepush's platform by providing comprehensive project management and guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Plan and Execute with Precision:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish goals, and map out deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations within defined timelines.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, demonstrating a commitment to problem-solving and successful project outcomes.
Lead with Vision and Engagement:
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by effective collaboration across functional teams.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities strategically, ensuring optimal utilisation of team members' skills and expertise.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate Effectively and Build Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication.
Regularly update clients on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues that may arise.
Proactively address client concerns, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to building long-lasting relationships.
Ensure Quality Standards are Met:
Conduct regular reviews and testing to identify and promptly address defects, ensuring that products are delivered with the utmost quality.
Work in close collaboration with the Account managers, technical solutions team and integration partners.
Navigate Change with Agility:
Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule without compromising project goals. Evaluate and communicate the impact of changes on project objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the revised plan.
Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in the face of change, maintaining project momentum and objectives.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Possess proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS software development environment
Exhibit a strong understanding of project management methodologies
Fluently communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organisational skills
Proficiently utilise project management tools and software to streamline project execution
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with the SaaS product development lifecycle
Familiarity with relevant technologies and software development processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate challenges and optimise project outcomes
