About the Role
Xtremepush is a multi-channel engagement solution powered by a built-in, real-time customer data platform. With over 200 different sports betting and iGaming brands using the platform, we are one of the leading providers of customer engagement solutions in the iGaming industry. 

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team to support our diverse initiatives in both product marketing and events. In this role, you will assist in the seamless execution of GTM campaigns, events, product launches and various marketing initiatives, across a range of regions. You will also play a key role in developing sales enablement materials, to support marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including developing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing logistics.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and creative teams to develop launch materials such as presentations, datasheets, and promotional content.
  • Track and report on launch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage client communications through regular Product Newsletters and other channels.

GTM Campaigns Coordination:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products across various channels.
  • Assist in monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Maintain organised documentation of all marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Sales Enablement Support:
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product guides, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a product knowledge base for internal and external use.
  • Support the sales team with product-related inquiries and provide necessary information to help close deals.

Event Coordination:
  • Managing team registrations for EMEA, US and South American trade shows, attended by our International Sales team.
  • Assist in arranging, recording and documenting all logistics surrounding B2B trade show events (working on many simultaneously, at different stages in planning process).
  • Working with travel team, arranging flights and accommodation for attending team.
  • Work with content and design team in assigning timely creation and delivery of dedicated marketing collateral for events.  
  • Assist with arranging of logistics in relation to our in-person events - both Client and internal annual Company event.
  • Assisting the event manager where needed - researching suppliers, investigating into areas we will be implementing enhancements, and general ad hoc duties. 
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar marketing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Previous experience assisting with product launches, events and marketing campaign coordination.
  • Good working knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) preferred.
  • Design Tools: Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for developing marketing materials.
  • CRM: Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation systems for managing client communications and sales support.
  • Project Management: Strong execution skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent organisational skills for handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Independent thinker with a flexible attitude.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction. Good listening skills for understanding and implementing briefs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign and launch performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Creativity: Skilled in developing engaging promotional content and sales materials. Creative, flexible, and enjoys brainstorming and researching new ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring accuracy in logistics, documentation, reporting, and proofreading.
  • Budget Tracking: Good understanding of budget tracking and ROI for events.
  • Team Player: Positive, calm under pressure, and enjoys collaborating in a fun, fast-paced environment.
This role is hybrid (office and remote) based in Dublin, Ireland.
