We are now seeking an exceptional Client Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of complex SaaS products to our key clients.
Reporting directly to the Director of Client Implementation, you will lead the scoping and advisory phase, acting as a trusted expert to shape requirements, define clear deliverables and build realistic, structured implementation timelines. You will own end-to-end accountability for the delivery success of each product ensuring it is strategically scoped, executed within agreed parameters and fully aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale client projects, ensuring delivery is in scope, on-time and aligned to client objectives.
Act as the main point of contact internally and with the client throughout the complete project.
Ensure scope, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered successfully.
Planning and Execution
Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, aligning project execution with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to prevent delays or failures.
Drive resolution of issues with urgency and transparency, escalating when necessary.
This is a hybrid role (2 days in the office). #LI-Hybrid
