We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual focused on new business who will have consistently achieved and over-achieved your targets and who will help define how the role will work. The role has a strong entrepreneurial requirement and will suit an individual who has drive and ambition and is familiar with solution selling. The right person for this role will be an individual contributor who will own a MRR/ARR target. This role is for the true self starter and someone who can work autonomously.
Primary responsibility will be to drive new business sales. The eCom/retail vertical is the key focus. Experience in travel/ hospitality and finance/banking will also be considered.
Acquire, negotiate and close new business
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle
Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales figures on a weekly basis
Preparation and delivery of presentations and solution proposals
Represent Xtremepush at key industry events
Your Experience and Qualifications
3 to 5 years new business sales, with at least 3 years’ experience in a SaaS environment
A clear and demonstrable track record achieving/exceeding the target
Consultative / Solution selling approach
Strong negotiation skills
Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
